LEO LEO is guided by our Sun. Vulnerable parts: Heart, spine. Color: Ocher, gold, red. Stones: Ruby, yellow topaz, tigers eye. Leos are proud, gentle, creative, entertaining creatures who need lots and lots of strokes. Mundane: Leos have a way of making you feel inadequate. This is because their concept of sharing is distorted. They believe the people of Earth are here to give to them. They're not mean, it's just that nothing is ever enough for them because, let's face it...no one can outshine a Leo. It sure is lonely at the top, though. Esoteric: Leos give and give. They're so uncomfortable receiving because they're so very sensitive and wound easily. So in their minds, it's better to receive by giving. Giving is how a Leo feels needed. They are doting parents. They have a creative mind and bring laughter to every event. They make wonderful teachers and best friends. They give great big hugs. Leos need to be aware of their spines (support system) and their hearts (flow of love and wounds.) It's all about you, isn't it? And it ought to be, until it's not. The one major challenge for Leo is to see themselves by their own standards instead of needing outside praise or validation. A Leo's greatest moment of understanding is when they see themselves reflected in others. If they're uncomfortable with what they see, they'll isolate in attempts to meet their own needs. What they need to realize is that we need them to receive from us, too, and so we go looking. And we bask in their light. Ah, once again, they've found a way to gain an audience. Crafty little buggars, aren't they? Leo's are so very sensitive to the idea that they aren't enough. If Leo believes this, they resent their efforts and anyone else who overlooks them. To balance a Leo's light, a Leo needs to know that their Divine light shines from within. It doesn't get any brighter than that. So, with that, who needs a spotlight? Ta Da.
